Returns policy

We want all our customers to receive the highest quality products and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a fault with the clothing product you have received please contact us at info@thelittletutu.com.au

It would be great if you could include as many details as possible including your order number and photos clearly showing any faults is always helpful.

If the product is in stock at the time of return we will provide a replacement product including freight back to your original order address. If the identical product is out of stock we will provide you with a credit voucher to purchase an alternative item.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the Product and packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged in order to obtain a refund.

You are responsible for return postage. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to include your order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. A detailed description of the problem is necessary.

We will issue a return address when contacted. 

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 7 days.
